ÉPARPILLER / CONCERT DISPERSÉ
Conception
At this concert scattered about in nature, spectators can walk around freely to catch a series of vocal duets, trios and quartets in various spots of the André Malraux park that lines the Nanterre-Amandiers theater. The voices are not amplified as the goal is to experience open-air acoustics. The musical material consists of several vocal parts composed by Pascale Murtin, one member of the duet Grand Magasin. These short, polyphonic musical objects – both simple and sophisticated – will provide a springboard for an acoustic and visual experiment with distances in landscape.
